Architectural Designer

Job Description
The ideal candidate has the following qualifications:

· A passion for design & collaborative attitude

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in custom residential or small commercial projects

· An architectural degree or equivalent

· Proficiency in CAD programs. Our office uses AutoCAD / REVIT ; proficiency in REVIT is a plus but not required.

· Familiarity with the phases of design and construction assemblies

· Due to the nature of a small firm, applicants must be flexible and able to take on different roles depending on office workload, including drafting, design, research, and communicating with clients.

· Good time-management skills, able to multi-task and prioritize projects.

· Detail-oriented, able to check one’s own work and the work of others.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Our office is located in Tavernier, Florida, however, we have projects all over South Florida.

· We have a hybrid workplace, a healthy mix between in-office and remote work.

· Candidate would be expected to commute to the office or job site when necessary.
