Financial Customer Service Representative

Seeking Candidates experience in a call center to support a financial institute in the Tucson area! This will be a long time role with full benefits and growth opportunities!

Location: Onsite in Tucson AZ 85711

Schedule: Full time, M-F, 7am or 8am start time

Description: Client Services Specialists are responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls while providing excellent care for our customers. Customer base have an existing loan and are calling in for assistance.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of high volume inbound call customer service in a call center.
• Bilingual in Spanish (not required)
• HS diploma or GED
• Experience in banking, loans or mortgage is a plus
