This nationwide Healthcare Organization is currently looking for Customer Service Representatives to join their Claims Department. Here you can show off your ability to be detail oriented and a team player. This is a unique roll where you are able to have an impact on almost every department throughout the company. Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED, required

• Strong typing and data entry skills by touch

• Strong customer service skills

• Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel required; basic proficiency in Access and PowerPoint required

Description:

functions include, but are not limited to:

1. Responds to customer calls related to claims inquiries and technical assistance requests.

2. Utilizes case tracking system to track and follow up on customer inquiries.

3. Answer calls and respond to emails from members, and providers.

4. A majority of calls are from members regarding eligibility, authorizations, enrollments payments/billing, claims, and ID cards.

5. Select, and explain the best solution to solve the issue.

6. Expedite correction or adjustment; follow up to ensure resolution.
