Major responsibilities
- Bring a sense of urgency and prioritization skills
- Greeting visitors
- Order office and kitchen supplies
- Look after various office files and provide general office filing support
- Structure, filter, and hand out incoming mail according to specified procedures
- Oversee and answer all incoming phone calls
- Maintain various office files and provide general office filing support
- Assist other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks- Strong time management and organizational skills
- High attention to detail
- Confident, quick-witted, resourceful, solution-oriented and tech-savvy
- Validation Plans experience required
- Previous experience working with suppliers
- Communication experience required
- Experience with Courier Services
- General familiarity with billing
- Customer service experience
- Solid understanding of Appropriate Personnel
- Good understanding of deliveries
- Prior experience with Catering
- Strong familiarity with Concierge Services
- Quality experience with security
- Solid understanding of Business Unit
- Comprehension of Microsoft Office Suites
- Experience with Printing
- Skills in video
- Earlier work involving Expense Reporting
- Proven knowledge of Invoice
- Hands-on experience with Distribute Faxes
- Wide ranging experience with Clerical Duties
- Foundational knowledge in Directs Incoming Calls
- Procedures experience
- Practical knowledge of Receptionist Duties
- Well-founded grasp of scheduling
- Strong familiarity with operations
- Experience with Microsoft
- Incoming phone call management skills desired
- Excellent customer service and office administrative skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)
