Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized operational invoicing specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in invoicing, billing, and other accounting tasks. In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting our accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with financial regulations. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and professional development within our dynamic organization.

Responsibilities:
Data Entry: Accurately enter financial data into accounting software and spreadsheets.

Invoicing: Prepare and issue invoices to customers in a timely manner.

Billing: Manage billing processes, including verifying billing information, generating invoices, and resolving billing discrepancies.

Accounts Receivable: Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.

Accounts Payable: Assist with accounts payable tasks such as processing vendor invoices and issuing payments.

Recordkeeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date records of financial transactions.

Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and identify discrepancies.

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in operational accounting roles, with a focus on data entry, invoicing, billing, and other accounting tasks.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and external stakeholders.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify discrepancies and propose solutions.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changes and learn new processes quickly.

Ethical Conduct: Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards in handling financial information.

Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a willingness to assist colleagues and contribute to the overall success of the accounting department.
