Job Description
Currently seeking a motivated and organized Logistics Specialist to play a vital role in optimizing our supply chain operations.

In this critical role, you will:

Logistics Orchestrator: Manage the movement of goods from origin to destination, including planning, scheduling, and coordination with carriers (air, ocean, land).
Cost Control Champion: Analyze transportation costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization and negotiation of competitive rates.
Inventory Management Maestro: Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring timely order fulfillment and efficient warehouse operations.
Documentation Dynamo: Prepare and manage all necessary shipping documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with domestic and international regulations.
Communication Hub: Collaborate effectively with internal departments (sales, purchasing, operations) and external partners (carriers, customs) to ensure seamless communication and efficient execution.
Data Detective: Track shipments meticulously, analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and report on key performance metrics.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role.
Strong understanding of logistics principles, transportation modes, and international trade regulations (a plus).
Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., TMS, WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented and analytical with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
