Maintenance Technician

You will train on 1st shift but will be moved to 3rd upon completion of training.

Monday to Friday, $26 - $35 based on experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Sets up machines and equipment, programs, machines and makes any modifications in machine run cycle needed for maximum tool efficiency.
• Must be well versed in all aspects of precision machining and manufacturing.
• Must be skillful in the use of conventional and computer numerical control machines (CNC) and precision measuring devices.
• Understand and interpret blueprints, sketches, or other description of parts to be fabricated.
• Set up, edit, and program CNC Machine Tools and perform CNC machining operations to specified tolerances.
• Perform general machine maintenance.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Machinist.
• Must be proficient in CNC setup and operation.
• Must communicate well, written and verbally.
• Must be a steady, reliable worker and able to work effectively with others.
• Participate in trouble shooting and problem resolution.
