Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Corcoran, CA

ProCare Therapy, a leading provider of educational and healthcare staffing services, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Corcoran, CA. This is a contracted position that offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with special needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
  • Provide direct behavior analysis services to clients in school and community settings.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including teachers, parents, and other professionals.
  • Monitor and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of behavior intervention plans.
  • Provide training and support to parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Requirements:

  • Current BCBA certification.
  • State licensure as a behavior specialist or eligibility for licensure.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Reliable transportation to travel to different work locations.
