Location: Lake Havasu City, AZ

Schedule: 12-hour shifts. Days.

Job Responsibilities

• pounds and dispenses prescribed drugs in a healthcare facility environment
• Responsible for transferring prescriptions, handling ining physician calls, logging data into the puter, and Drug Utilization Review
• Reviews and confirms accuracy of work performed by technical and pharmacy intern support personnel
• Participates in the application of all clinical services
• Functions as a drug specialist and therapy consultant in promoting optimum medication use in patient care areas whose client base includes patients of all ages
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and acplish goals

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor of Pharmacy from an accredited school of pharmacy
• Licensed as a Registered Pharmacist in the State of Arizona
• At least 12 years of inpatient experience in a hospital setting
