Location: Orlando FL 32830

Pay Rate Information: $18.75hr

Work Schedule: Hybrid role; In-Office days: Mon. & Tue.

Description: As one of our Collections Specialists, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining strong financial health and fostering positive relationships with our customers. You will be responsible for timely communication with internal and external stakeholders, efficient collection efforts, dispute resolution, and strategic account management. Here are some key responsibilities:

• Provide clear, concise, and timely communication to internal and external stakeholders.

• Conduct efficient collection and dispute resolution efforts, focusing on strategic accounts and escalated disputes.

• Negotiate complex customer settlements and payment plans under Manager guidance.

• Recommend accounts receivable for bad debt write-off and placement with third-party collections agencies.

• Identify and manage collection trends, providing guidance to avoid bad debt loss.

• Resolve procedural and operational issues affecting accounts receivable collection.

• Contribute to the completion of monthly and quarterly reports and recommend process improvements.

• Manage collection and dispute resolution of complex/strategic accounts receivable.

• Meet with customers to discuss business plans, credit risk, payments, and process improvements.

• Assist in managing bankruptcies, insolvencies, and third-party collections.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Commercial Collections Experience.

Pay Details: $18.75 per hour
