Job Description

• Responsible for improving processes in a rubber injection molding operation
• Will drive improvements around the plant including improving automation of equipment, reducing scrap, reducing costs, and implement new processes
• Will be involved in the design and development of tooling, automation of equipment, and troubleshooting processes

Key Requirements 

• 1+ year of experience
• Floor driven
• CAD experience is a must
• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline is preferred
