Job Description

Responsible for all HR functions in the facility and to align with corporate on policies and procedures as well as change management and organization development

Will do recruiting, talent management/development, employee relations, and benefits administration

Key Requirements 

• 4+ years of human resources experience
• Manufacturing or distribution experience
• Ability to interface with corporate and plant level
• Change management and organizational development experience
• Bachelor of Science or Arts degree is preferred but not required
