Physical Therapist Home Health

Medi Home Health & Hospice, a division of Medical Services of America, Inc., currently seeks an experienced Full-time Physical Therapist for our Home Health patients in Pulaski, VA. This position will cover Pulaski and Wytheville Counties.

• Provide physical therapy services to patients under appropriate guidelines.
• Implement and conduct treatment as outlined in treatment plan.
• Treats clients to relieve pain, develop and restore function and maintain maximum performance using appropriate physical therapy treatments and procedures within the plan of care.
• Monitor patient's response to treatment and modify treatment as indicated in accordance with physician's orders.
• Interpret and communicate evaluation findings to patients, family and other staff members.

Qualifications and Skills

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of VA.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of one year verifiable physical therapy experience.
• Home Health experience preferred.
