3 - 5 years' experience of Revit experience in an Architecture firm
Must be a team player, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic with the ability to communicate effectively with others.
Skills & Qualifications:
Valid Revit certification: Autodesk Revit Certified Professional
Bachelor's degree in architecture (preferred)
Effectively use Bluebeam and Bluebeam Studio Sessions.
Strong organizational skills with a focus on attention and detail oriented.
Ability to communicate effectively with Civil, Landscape, Structural, and MEP consultants.
Responsibilities
Document preparation and editing using Autodesk Revit.
Create, update, and maintain architectural drawings and incorporate redlines and field markups into drawings.
Create and set up view templates in Revit® BIM (Building Information Modeling) software.
Use built-in Revit® BIM (Building Information Modeling) software product tags and automatic keynotes for consistency.
Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team developing plan sets (organize layouts, develop details, plan views, etc.).
Develop quality products, using industry and client standards.
Communicate effectively with clients and project teams via email, phone, and teleconference (Microsoft Teams) regularly throughout the design process.
