Who You Are

  • 3 - 5 years' experience of Revit experience in an Architecture firm

  • Must be a team player, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic with the ability to communicate effectively with others.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Valid Revit certification: Autodesk Revit Certified Professional

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture (preferred)

  • Effectively use Bluebeam and Bluebeam Studio Sessions.

  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on attention and detail oriented.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with Civil, Landscape, Structural, and MEP consultants.

Responsibilities

  • Document preparation and editing using Autodesk Revit.

  • Create, update, and maintain architectural drawings and incorporate redlines and field markups into drawings.

  • Create and set up view templates in Revit® BIM (Building Information Modeling) software.

  • Use built-in Revit® BIM (Building Information Modeling) software product tags and automatic keynotes for consistency.

  • Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team developing plan sets (organize layouts, develop details, plan views, etc.).

  • Develop quality products, using industry and client standards.

  • Communicate effectively with clients and project teams via email, phone, and teleconference (Microsoft Teams) regularly throughout the design process.
