Large trucking company, is seeking a passionate and results-oriented Director of Customer Relations to lead our dedicated customer service team and spearhead initiatives that cultivate lasting customer loyalty.

In this critical role, you will:

Champion Customer Success: Develop and implement a comprehensive customer service strategy that prioritizes client needs and satisfaction. Oversee all aspects of the customer experience, from initial contact to ongoing support.
Lead a High-Performing Team: Build, mentor, and empower a customer service team focused on exceeding client expectations. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that prioritizes open communication and continuous improvement.
Navigate Challenges, Deliver Solutions: Proactively identify and address customer concerns, working collaboratively with internal departments to develop timely and effective resolutions.
Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage data analytics and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities to enhance the customer experience. Implement strategies to improve service efficiency and client retention.
Forge Strategic Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with key accounts and industry partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment with customer needs.
Stay Ahead of the Curve: Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in customer service and logistics.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a leadership role within customer service, preferably in the transportation and logistics industry.
Proven track record of building and managing high-performing customer service teams.
Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) principles and best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with clients at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
A proactive and results-oriented approach with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
Experience with transportation industry regulations and compliance a plus.
