Location: Astoria, OR

Schedule: Monday-Friday, Dayshift (7am-7pm on weekdays, and 8am-4:30pm on weekends)

Job Responsibilities:

• Enforce pharmaceutical care principles safely and accurately
• Make age related modifications on varied drug therapies
• Work independently without minimal supervision
• Handle multiple tasks and frequent instructions
• Set priorities to respond quickly to emergent situations or requests
• Work cooperatively with health system and pharmacy staff
• municated effectively and professionally (orally and in writing)
• Perform work accurately with attention to detail
• Ability to handle peting demands from nurses, physicians, pharmacy staff and other healthcare professionals

Ideal Candidate:

• Registered Pharmacist with the Oregon Board of Pharmacy
• Recent inpatient pharmacy experience
• Must be fully COVID19 vaccinated, no exceptions
• Full time availability
