Our client, is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to join their team. As a Manufacturing Manager, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting Program Managers, Quality Managers, and Material Supervisors. The ideal candidate will have great communication, leading/managing teams and experience in Good Manufacturing Practices in which will align successfully in the organization.

 

Job Title: Manufacturing  Manager

Location: Fairfield, CA

Pay Range: $115,000 - $135,000 Depending on Experience 

What’s the Job?

  • Lead the lean manufacturing effort through the manufacturing area
  • Work directly with Customer Service and Engineering to provide status to customers and lead time on new orders.
  • Ensure that all manufacturing inventory transactions are accurate and done in a timely manner.
  • Train in inventory control, metrics development, and monitoring methods to ensure transaction accuracy.
  • Conducts safety meetings and ensures compliance with plant safety rules in the area of responsibility.

 

What’s Needed?

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of manufacturing management experience
  • BA Degree - preferably in either engineering or business administration
  • Familiar with computerized inventory control and scheduling systems
  • Ability to read blueprints. CAD experience is a plus
  • Advance with computers. Ability to use MS Office tools.
