UPMC in Williamsport, PA is seeking experienced PA-Cs or CRNPs to join our expanding Orthopedic Trauma team.


You will join a dedicated team of two Orthopedic Trauma Surgeons and six PAs/CRNPs at this busy Level II Trauma Center.


Full time is 1872 contracted annual hours (average of thirteen -12 hour shifts/month to include 2 weekends and 5-night shifts


Rotating holiday coverage Option to block schedule (ex: 7 on/7 off)


Variety of inpatient, outpatient and surgical first assist opportunities Perform procedures (fracture reduction, splinting, skeletal traction pin, etc), inpatient rounding, preoperative assessment and planning, post-operative discharge planning, evaluation of ED trauma patients, evaluate and develop treatment plans for outpatient orthopedic trauma patients (surgical and nonoperative management), serve as first assist in OR. Collaborate with Podiatry and Plastic Surgery teams for management of ankle, foot, wrist and hand injuries. Minimum 2 years of experience in Orthopedics, Acute Care Surgery or Orthopedic Trauma preferred.
