TCO is looking to add Fellowship-trained Orthopedic Surgeons to our state-of-the-art practice in the Lakewood Health Systems Main Campus in Staples, MN. As one of the nations largest physician-owned and led practices, our orthopedic specialists deliver individualized care informed by active research and outcomes data.

General position information:

• Mix of inpatient and outpatient procedures
• EMR: Epic
• Hana Table available
• Low call volume with phone consults with ER
• 2 Full-time Physicians Assistants dedicated to this site's Ortho Surgeons

Weekly Schedule & Hours:

• 5 half days of clinic
• 2 days of OR time
• Low call volume with phone consults with ER

Summary of General Compensation:

• Guarantee Salary of $625k-$750k+
• Potential additional pay for call
• Relocation
• Immediate Sign-On Bonus - $30K
• RVU Model

• Lakewood offers a broad range of orthopedic procedures to our patients. Procedures performed at Lakewood include, but are not limited to:

  • Total knee replacements
  • Total hip replacements
  • Total shoulder replacements
  • Reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament (ACL)
  • Arthroscopy procedures (shoulder/knee)
  • Hand and foot procedures
  • Fracture care
