Shift: Days/ 8a-4:30p, 8x5, 40 hrs per week
Length: 12 Weeks
Requirements:
- NC PT License
- 2 years experience
- BLS
- At least 3 years experience in medical setting preferred
- NC is part of the PT compact privilege states
- Floating policy: clinician will be asked to float between acute/swing, nursing home, and out-patient services as indicated
- Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Rehab department (PT/OT/SLP)
- Documentation system: Cerner and NetHealth
- Patient Ratios : 1:1
