Advocate Health is seeking General or Fellowship trained Radiologists to join our physician-led medical group and serve its patients and communities at our Aurora Medical Center in Marinette, Wisconsin

Are you a talented Radiologist seeking a fulfilling career in a vibrant healthcare environment? Advocate Health invites you to explore a full-time practice opportunity in our well-established, collegial 140+ multidisciplinary Radiology department.

• Employment Model: Enjoy the stability of an employed model with no partnership track or tiered compensation.

• Compensation:
  • Competitive Compensation with a $700k+ income potential
  • Generous Sign On Bonus
• Schedule:
  • Approximately 220 8-hour shifts/year with day shifts on-site from 7am – 3pm
  • No overnights or pager call
  • Limited weekend and holiday call
    • Possibility for no evenings/weekends
  • Option for some virtual shifts with homework station provided
  • 12 weeks of vacation/year

• Broad mix of cases and procedures
• High percentage of subspecialty with General reading
• General procedural skills: lumbar punctures, myelograms, access for IT Chemo injections, paracentesis, thoracentesis, large joint injections/aspirations (shoulders, knees, wrist, elbow, and ankle) and GI procedures
• Mammography skill set preferred, but not required
• Mentoring available for minor procedural work and mammography if desire
• State-of-the-art imaging equipment: Change McKesson PACS, Epic EMR, Powerscribe One
• Work in a Full-service 55-bed hospital, including 24/7 emergency care, cardiac services, oncology, and surgical care
• Enjoy the serene, wooded surroundings of our 91-acre campus
• Conveniently located in Marinette, just 40 minutes from Green Bay, offering proximity to excellent schools in the northern suburbs

Training and/or experience required (if applicable)

• Completion of an accredited Radiology Residency program
• Fellowship training welcome
• Board certified/board eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
