Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
2. Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
3. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
4. Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
5. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
6. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
7. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
8. Foster a positive working environment by ensuring health, safety, and wellbeing of all team members.
9. Implement and administer employee policies.
10. Provide high-quality advice and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issues.
11. Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as an HR generalist, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
2. Deep understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
3. Proficient in HRIS and payroll systems.
4. Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
5. Knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
6. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
7. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
8. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
9. Degree in Human Resources or related field.
10. Exceptional problem-solving skills and a strong ability to think strategically and operationally.
11. Experience in employee engagement, benefits administration, and compensation.
12. Knowledge of OSHA safety compliance and labor relations.
13. Strong organizational development skills.
14. Proven experience with employee onboarding and strategy development.
