Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger entries, and month-end close processes.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, variance reports, and budget forecasts to provide management with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Manage the reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and ensure compliance with GAAP standards and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Lead and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed to foster professional development and growth.
  • Assist with internal and external audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, accounting regulations, and best practices to ensure the company remains compliant and competitive in its financial operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles, with a focus on financial reporting, analysis, and reconciliation.
