Qualifications:

A BSN is preferred from an accredited nursing institute.
Must have a current RN license in the state of Virginia
Must be an independent thinker and have sound judgment skills
Must have previous administrative and management skills in LTC
Ability to effectively manage a nursing staff, maintain positive employee relations, and act as a liaison between the administrator and the nursing staff
