Emergency Medicine:
SMART is seeking emergency medicine physicians for locum coverage in Richlands, VA. This coverage is needed beginning immediately and will be ongoing until further notice.
Additional Details Include:
• Qualifications: BC/BE Emergency Medicine: ABEM/ABFM/ABIM
• License Requirements: Must ve VA licensed
• Shift Times: 24 hours 7a-7p & 7p-7a w/APC coverage 12 hrs -10a-10p
• Availability Requirements: 6-10 shifts per month
• Annual Volume: 17,571
• ED Beds: 16
• Trauma Level: TBD
• Avg. Patients Per Day:1.7
• Code Responsibilities: TBD
• Avg. admissions per day/night: about 12%, observation rate about 6%
• Backup Specialties: TBD
• EMR: meditech
• SMART provides malpractice coverage, travel, and accommodations for all locum assignments.
