LICENSED CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER

Central Virginia Health Services seeks a full-time Virginia-licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) to provide behavioral interventions in an integrated primary care medical setting. The successful candidate will have proven diagnostic and intervention skills to serve pediatric and adult patient populations. Clinical services to be provided to a diverse patient population with complex health needs to include consultation, care coordination, evaluation, and treatment with evidence based interventions. Provider must be able to effectively work as a member of a multidisciplinary team and collaborate with community resources to assist patients. Provider must further have a willingness to participate in efforts to promote the rapidly expanding behavioral health services program throughout the larger organization.
