Pay

  • $38,000.00-$130,000.00 annual base pay
  • Additional Bonuses, Commissions, and Spiffs available

Responsibilities

  • Install heating and air conditioning equipment according to manufacturer specifications and company standards
  • Work after hours and occasional weekends and holidays as required
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrate basic mechanical aptitude and perform regular manual labor
  • Use basic computer skills to access work orders and other information
  • Learn by observation and hands-on experience to improve installation techniques
  • Follow routine verbal and written instructions to ensure consistent work quality
  • Communicate effectively with coworkers, management, and customers to address concerns and provide updates
  • Stay up-to-date on new technologies and techniques in HVAC installation
  • Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements to ensure optimal performance and safety

Job requirements

  • 2 Years of HVAC installation experience
  • HVAC degree (EPA) or equivalent
  • Valid local drivers license with an acceptable driving record
  • Acceptable background record
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, use hands/fingers, reach, talk, hear, climb, stoop, kneel, or crouch
  • Willingness to be on rotational On Call
  • Ability to work overtime (weekends)
  • Requires ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs
  • Position may require travel to and from field sites to monitor the status of multiple projects
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
