About WE-cycle: WE-cycle is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit community bike sharing program. WE-cycle seeks to transform the Roaring Fork Valley's landscape into one that prioritizes bicycles over vehicles, replaces traffic congestion with vibrancy, improves our visitor experience and retention, and demonstrates innovation and leadership.

Position Type: Seasonal: Part-time, 10-12 hours/week. June 15 - August 18

Position Overview: WE-cycle is seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Part-Time Summer Events and Bikeshare Valets.  Team members to spread the news about our free-community bikeshare and promote utilization. Assist the WE-cycle operations team by providing bike valet and other seasonal events, primarily based in Aspen.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• WE-cycle station host and bike valet for summer events 
  • Greet and assist existing and potential WE-cycle riders
  • Assist in sign-up, troubleshooting, and bikeshare basics for WE-cycle riders
  • Manage bike and dock availability for specific events 
  • Assist with the setup and teardown of bikeshare stations 
  • Collaborate with team members to coordinate logistics and ensure smooth operation of events.
  • Assist in WE-cycle system presentation including cleanliness and messaging surfaces
