We perform preventative and reactive maintenance on a variety of electromechanical equipment inside big box retail stores. With over 35 years of experience servicing over 1500 stores across the US our full certified technicians provide our customers with support and repair solutions designed to extend the life of their equipment, reducing down time and minimizing the impact of our customers’ bottom line.


Note: Our local technicians service within a 2 hour radius of their home market. We also have traveling technicians that service throughout the United States for up to 3 weeks a month. Once you apply we can discuss the ideal opportunity for you.


GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY:

The position of Field Service Maintenance Technician provides preventative and reactive maintenance services within the target city and surrounding areas. The equipment includes, but is not limited to, paint shaker devices, blind cutting machines, mobility carts, cutters, wood saws, tile saws, wire, and carpet carousels.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures on equipment and then providing a solution
  • Performing preventative maintenance on equipment
  • Use hand and power tools to assemble, disassemble, and repair machines
  • Respond to on-site preventative maintenance service calls within contract time frames
  • Communicate effectively with customers, supervisor, and coworkers

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with electromechanical equipment
  • Ability to read schematics
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
