• Previous hotel experience preferred
• Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and Holidays
• Able to lead a dynamic team by providing a positive example
• Will work with accounting, sales, maintenance and housekeeping departments at times
• Directly manages front desk, van drivers and night audits

• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of Property Management Systems. Lightspeed preferable
• Strength in time management skills
• Must meet deadlines and guest required feedback and communication
