Qualifications:

• Active LNHA license in good standing in the state of Ohio.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field (preferred)
• Proven Experience in a leadership role within a healthcare or senior living setting.
• Strong Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in Skilled and Long-term care setting.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
