Westaff is looking for a Cutting & Layup Team Lead in the Leominster MA area for Immediate Start!

Position is a Direct Hire!

Location: Leominster MA in a Manufacturing Facility

Pay: $21-$24/hr DOE

Job Summary:

Cutting Team and Layup Team Lead is responsible for leading the cutting team and organizing the layup room, Dry Oven, Large and Small Autoclave & Hot Press Prep.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for leading the cutting team and organizing layup room.
  • Scanning and maintaining documentation.
  • Ensure instructions are followed and storage of materials according to program.
  • Training new hires.
  • Meet production goals.
  • Responsible to meet KPIs and production goals. Handling waste materials and flow of materials.
