Job Summary:
As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you will play a crucial role in our production process by testing and inspecting products at various stages. Opportunities are available on 1st & 3rd shift, providing an opportunity for those who thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct calibration and routine monitoring of gauges, dial indicators, and calipers in accordance with industry standards.
  • Utilize GAGE Trak management software to maintain accurate gauge calibration records.
  • Evaluate data and interpret reports to validate adherence to existing standards.
  • Perform other essential laboratory support functions as required.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively address groups of customers or employees.
  • Mathematical proficiency for tasks such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and interpreting graphs.
Education and/or Experience:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, and talk or hear.
  • Capability to lift and move various weights, up to 50 pounds.
  • Sufficient vision to pass inspection tests of finished parts and components.
