Building Maintenance Position

You will be responsible for the hotel's maintenance and routine processes to make it fully functional, enjoyable, and safe. Compensation:$12 - $13 hourly
Responsibilities:- Create an available channel of communication between you and other staff, including managers and department heads
- Manage the hotel's machinery and preventive maintenance procedures
- Use a wide range of tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, indicators, edge finders, drills, wrenches, and additional equipment
- Follow all engineering safety rules and regulations
- This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record required
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary
- You should have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
