Commercial Construction Superintendent

• Manage the subcontractors from construction start to construction finish.
• Take ownership of and ensure safety, scheduling and quality control on the job site.
• Support the project manager and foster accountability.
• Build morale of all project team members.
• Ability to provide technical construction direction to teams.
• Manage all risk exposures.
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with all project stakeholders to the betterment of the industry and Watts Construction.
• Actively build and maintain strong relationships with owners, subcontractors, designers, consultants, and the public.
• Maintain, track, and document project records in Procore.

• Professional, self-starting, organizational, productive, and energetic.
• 3 years as a supervisor overseeing commercial construction on the job site through subcontractor management, record keeping, problem-solving, safety adherence, quality control assurance, and schedule keeping.
• Competent computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Bonus but not required: College educated, extra certifications, leadership and community roles, personal and professional goals.
