Requirements:
- NICET Certification (Preferred)
- Willingness to Travel
- Active State-Required Physical Security or Life Safety License
- Blueprint and Site Map Reading Skills
- Familiarity with NFPA Standards (NFPA 70 and 72)
- Bonus Points for Knowledge in Burglar Alarms, Access Control, and CCTV
- Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal and Written)
- Networking and Troubleshooting Skills (Switches, WiFi, Routers)
- Certified to Operate a BOOM or Scissor Lift (Fear of Heights? We'll Help!)
- Basic Telecommunication Tools
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Reliable Transportation
- Clean Driving Record (No DUI or DWI in the Last Three Years)
Responsibilities:
