- Perform batching of ready-mix, ensuring that proper mix design and job specifications are followed.
- Responsible for plant maintenance and repair.
- Monitor the operation of the plant, detect malfunctions or abnormal situations and take necessary corrective actions.
- Inspect plant equipment and facilities for mechanical problems and other equipment malfunctions.
- Ordering of raw materials
- Raw material Inventory management
- Maintain Safety culture and monitor and resolve all safety issues at plant level
- Have a thorough knowledge of the automated batch plant operation, including CommandBatch
- Evaluate possible cause of breakdown, determine urgency of corrective actions and call in repair crew as appropriate
- Assist in major equipment shutdowns, the compiling of operating data and the taking of physical inventories.
