Intake Specialist

Position Summary:

The Intake Specialist is the initial point of contact between the Firm and potential clients. They introduce the client to the Firms services and provide assistance after they agree to retain the Firms services. They are responsible for gathering, processing, and distributing the client's information to the appropriate departments. They should be comfortable in an office environment, familiar with Microsoft Office applications, and possess strong verbal and written communication.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

• Correspond with potential new clients via phone and email.
• Assist clients with questions and concerns regarding the sign-up process.
• Communicate with members of the firm to ensure that inquiries are responded to timely.
• Ensure all intake documents are processed, signed, and executed properly.
• Keep organized records.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of legal intake, assistant or paralegal experience
• Personal Injury law experience
• Bilingual is helpful but not required (English and Spanish)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to empathize
• Detail oriented
