Job Description
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Sweep electric and hot water room.
  • Blow leaves and other debris from all sidewalks and catwalks at the building.
  • Blow leaves and other debris from the dumpster area. Report overflow.
  • Clean mail room shelf, top of mailboxes. Mop floor under mailboxes.
  • Wipe accessible windowsills only.
  • Wipe/clean light fixtures in mail room, laundry room, and along catwalks, removing bugs.
  • Clean Exit light fixtures.
  • Clean stairwell floor, stairwell railing (top and bottom), brush out corners. Use gloves if bleach required for mildew.
  • Wipe doors.
  • Clean worms off doors and walls and windows.
  • Clean bugs out of door jams.
  • Wipe shutters.
  • Clean floor and shelf in laundry room.
  • Wipe down washing machine and dryer.
  • Clean dryer vent.
  • Check eve light all around.
  • Clean all benches in the building area.
  • Clean all grass out of sidewalk cracks.
  • Report all uneven sidewalks greater than a nickel in height to the maintenance supervisor.


***Must be able to drive a golf cart***


Full-Time Mon-Fri 7:30a-3:30p

Pay Rate: Up to $17 DOE
