Exterior Repair Technician - Handyman

POSITION SUMMARY

This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing and installation of exterior residential and commercial areas to include:  Siding, fascia, screen doors, windows and aluminum trim.

Job Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, install and repair exterior residential and commercial items with specific emphasis on siding to include color matching, fascia, screen door, windows, skylights and aluminum trim.
• Coordinate with Production Manager, roofing technicians and customers to schedule repair times.
• Accurately annotate repairs and customer information into CRM system.
• Maintain professionalism and serve as an ambassador for the company.
• Complete minor repairs within skillset to include miscellaneous plumbing, HVAC and electrical.
• Maintain a clean jobsite to ensure cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Mandatory Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver’s License
• Great written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Safely utilize hand and power tools
• Independent thinker who has the ability to solve and triage infrequent tasks.
