Shipping Team Member

Position Description: Summary/ObjectivePick and Pack Employees, also called shippers, perform repetitive or assembly line operations to mass pack non-toxic cleaning products for our online customers. These employees are expected to meet a high level of accuracy, pace, and quality in keeping with the companys standards. Role and ResponsibilitiesFill out required paperwork such as daily Shipping Logs and waste sheetsUtilize shipping software to print pick lists and labels- according to the direction or guidance of the Supervisor or other leadership personnel.Pack orders and prepare them to be shipped, being aware of the overall appearance of the package.Inspect outgoing products before packing them, to ensure they are not damaged or missing partsAlways be aware of inventory needs, reporting shortages to the appropriate persons when something is low in stock Ship finished good productsReceive raw materialsMove and organize materials as neededCycle counting for inventory as directedWork EnvironmentWork in indoor environments, some areas that do not have air conditioning, such as a warehouse.
