Professional Safety Solutions, LLC is hiring an experienced Materials Owners Representative for utility-scale projects in Ohio. The Materials Owner's Representative will monitor the procurement, storage, and distribution of materials for our utility-scale solar projects on behalf of the construction owner. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and extensive experience in supporting large-scale construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a materials management plan.
• Coordinate with other managers and project stakeholders to determine materials requirements and ensure alignment with project timelines.
• Identify and select suppliers and vendors.
• Confirm contracts and purchase orders with suppliers and vendors.
• Monitor the procurement process, including ordering and tracking materials.
• Manage inventory and storage of materials on-site.
• Develop and implement a system for tracking materials usage and waste.
• Monitor and report on the status of materials deliveries.
• Ensure that all materials meet project quality standards.
• Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts related to materials procurement and delivery.

Qualifications:

• 5 years experience in managing the materials of a large-scale construction projects
• Knowledge of procurement and supply chain management best practices.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and vendors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work on-site at the project location.
