Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!  

 

Job Description: 

• Schedule staff efficiently and ensuring payroll is on track and in line with sales.
• Trains, coach and supervises workers in store policies, department procedures, and job duties
• Responsible for inventory control and loss prevention management
• Records delivery of merchandise, compares record with merchandise ordered and reports discrepancies to control costs
• Inspects merchandise to ensure the quality is line with our pricing practice
• Prepares sales and inventory reports; reviews and analyzes financial and statistical reports, making adjustment to operations to ensure goals are met
• Displays and practices courteous, professional behavior towards customers at all times, having a clear understanding of store policies and procedures
• Promotes and sells merchandise. Implements and executes promotional changes; ensures staff are informed of changes and miscommunication to customers is minimized
• Ensures store is well organized, clean and fully stocked at all times. Plans department layout or merchandise or advertising display. Ensures the items are properly merchandised and make adjustments to sales floor as needed
• Responsible for the safe and productive operations of the assigned store

  

Position Requirements: 

• Valid Driver’s License and a clean traffic abstract
• Access to an insured vehicle with current registration and auto insurance
