Job Title: Service Liaison

Empire Hospitality, a federal contractor in the hospitality industry, is seeking a Service Liaison to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a heart for service and a desire to make a difference in the lives of our guests. As a Service Liaison, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with our hotel partners while providing exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain positive relationships with hotel partners and guests

- Facilitate, organize, and coordinate multiple tasks

- Maintain strict schedules and meet demanding deadlines

- Respond to electronic communications in a timely and professional manner

- Provide exceptional customer service to guests

- Ensure all logistics are handled efficiently and effectively

Requirements:

- Excellent computer skills

- Warm and welcoming service orientation

- Ability to facilitate, organize, and coordinate multiple tasks

- Ability to maintain strict schedules and meet demanding deadlines

- Strong communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Special preference will be given to qualified persons who served in an active military capacity and were honorably discharged.
