Salary: $18 to $20 per hour

With over 30 years of experience, the firm represents creditors, investors, and servicers in multiple states. Their practice areas include default, bankruptcy, corporate services, appellate and commercial litigation, as well as real estate transactions. Responsibilities:

  • Handle Payoff and Reinstatement funds and 3rd Party Sale Proceeds received and properly record in firm’s case management system.
  • Communication with clients through client portals.
  • Handle Trust Account funds received and issue refunds when appropriate.
  • Handle cash receipts and properly enter the information into case management system.
  • Maintain integrity and accuracy in all financial transactions and reports.
  • Filing and record keeping of accounting documents.
  • Other duties may be assigned.


Qualifications:

  • 2-year degree in Accounting, Finance or similar from an accredited college or university or equivalency preferred but not required
  • Strong Excel knowledge
  • Working knowledge of cash management products and services
  • Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Proficient computer skills and high-level data entry capabilities
  • Must have excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented.
