Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Store Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!  

 

Job Description: 

• Responsible for scheduling the staff efficiently and ensuring payroll is on track and in line with sales
• Trains, coach and supervises workers in store; evaluates all store employee performance
• Orders merchandise, supplies and equipment; inspect merchandise to ensure the quality is in line with our pricing practice
• Responsible for inventory control and loss prevention management
• Prepares sales and inventory reports, ensure sales and cash reporting accuracy and daily bank deposits
• Responsible for meeting retail quotas and goals through the management of day to day operations
• Maintain a well organized, clean and fully stocked store at all times
• Provides guidance and direction to the supervisory team and communicate regularly with the team, keeping them informed of pertinent information
• Ensures store security and reports any suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel on a timely basis
• Attends and actively participates in sales management meetings and other organizational meetings as required; hold staff meetings to review sales management materials and discuss current store operations

  

Position Requirements: 

• Valid Driver’s License and clean traffic abstract
• Access to an insured vehicle with current registration and auto insurance
• Must have a clear understanding of store policies and procedures (including cash handling, POS, store open/close, redemption process, donations process)
