The Client Administrator I within the wealth management team, Ledyard Financial Advisors is responsible for comprehensive administrative support for one or more Financial Advisors. Responsibilities include preparing correspondence in final form, maintaining files/records and transaction history, and conducting special projects as assigned. Responsible for generating administrative products that are accurate, complete, properly formatted, fulfill the intended purpose, and present a positive image to all clients and outside parties. Qualifications: Highschool diploma or GED is required; 2-4 years administrative support experience required; experience working in financial services, trusts, retirement plans, or paralegal experience preferred.
