Tower Technician I

Position will report to the HUB office in Mascoutah, IL as needed.

To succeed as a Tower Technician I at Wisper ISP, you'll need a unique set of skills and qualifications. First and foremost, a valid driver's license is essential, as you'll be added to the company's auto insurance policy. Additionally, you must be able to successfully complete required tower training within 90 days of hire, obtaining and maintaining the provided training certifications as per industry standards. Physical fitness is crucial for this role, as you'll need the ability to climb towers that reach up to 1000 feet. Our tower technicians also participate in a paid on-call rotation schedule and are willing to work after normal business hours and weekends when necessary.

Flexibility is key, as travel (roughly 30%) within our network may be required by the department. You must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status, both now and in the future. Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
