F. L. Crane & Sons, Inc. an employee-owned specialty contractor with over 75 years of experience covering a wide range of finishing, metal panel systems and custom crating. We are based out of Fulton MS and operate 14 divisions throughout the southeastern part of the US. We pride ourselves on our family culture, dedication to innovation, and maintaining the highest standards in the industry.



  • Operate forklift to load and unload materials and supplies
  • Transport materials to designated work areas for crews
  • Maintain inventory of materials and supplies on job site
  • Perform routine maintenance on forklift and other equipment as necessary
  • Follow safety protocols to minimize risk to self and others
  • Work collaboratively with crews to ensure efficient and effective use of materials
  • Participate in training programs and stay up-to-date with safety regulations and industry best practices


Please note 2nd Shift hours are from 2:30pm - 11:00pm

Requirements

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience operating a forklift in a construction or warehouse environment
  • Knowledge of safety regulations related to forklift operation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with others
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to lift and move heavy materials, up to 50 pounds.

Preferred Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to follow verbal instructions
  • Ability to read color labels and identify products
  • Ability to read tape measure
  • Ability to use saw, nail guns, and other hand tools
  • Basic math skills
  • Forklift training
  • Ability to count
