Job Duties include but are not limited to:

• Using your ability to oversee the daily schedule and assure the safety of paint crews.
• Scoping jobs to determine the best use of manpower.
• Evaluating and determining the materials needed for jobs being worked.
• Collaborating with the team to help build JSA's and obtaining permits when needed.

Required Job Skills:

• Experience with Industrial Painting including sandblasting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must have the ability to manage a team through difficult situations in a positive way.
• Ability to speak and understand English.
• Possess a driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to fill out QA/QC reports.

Preferred Job Skills:

• Must have experience with and knowledge of Paint Pots, Airless Sprayers, Blast Pots, and Plural Component Sprayers. Must know how to rebuild all of the above.

Preferred Experience:

• 2-3 years of supervisory experience

Hourly Pay: $26.00-$30.00 DOE and Travel per diem ranges from $125.00-$150.00 per day based on location.
